John Hoyt is a Solutions Consultant at Technology Management Concepts (TMC) specializing in the Microsoft Dynamics products.  He is responsible for meeting with prospective clients to determine their needs and requirements and then presenting a complete solution.  Prior to assuming the role of Solutions Consultant, John had over 15 years of experience as a Dynamics GP Implementation Specialist and Project Manager.  John holds both the Microsoft 2011 Standard Sales Assessment – Enterprise Resource Planning, and the Microsoft 2011 Presales Assessment – Enterprise Resource Planning Certifications.  John is one of the founding bloggers on the ERP Software Blog (www.erpsoftwareblog), and has been active in the online GP community as an author and blogger.  John holds both a BSBA in Corporate Finance and a MBA from Western Carolina University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.  John began his career in finance and commercial banking, and worked for many years as an Operations Manager, and later became the CFO/COO for an apparel manufacturer.

Jennifer Harris is the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Professional Services for Technology Management Consultants (TMC), a Microsoft Gold Partner, specializing in the Dynamics product lines.  With over 20 years of consulting experience, Jennifer develops and maintains a highly skilled team in order to provide world class service to customers. In addition to overseeing the Professional Services area, Jennifer takes on a day-to-day management role within the organization. Jennifer’s finance background coupled with her unwavering focus on customer satisfaction helped form the basis of what TMC is today. Jennifer is committed to building lasting relationships and ensuring the optimum in customer service.  Jennifer attended the University of Florida majoring in Business Administration. Jennifer lives in Hermosa Beach with her family and in her spare time, she enjoys traveling, running and reading.
