Associate
Director, Client Services
The Associate
Director, Client Services is responsible for new
client development and account management of existing clients,
engagements, and Associates.
Professional
Responsibilities:
- New
Client Development: Ongoing identification of prospective
clients, meeting with prospective clients, and selling our
professional services.
- Existing
Client Development: Cultivate and expand existing
business relationships through frequent communication and
regular client visits.
- Client
Service: Provide timely, high impact client service
that meets or exceeds client expectations. Develop projects
with new and existing clients. Deliver timely, high quality,
and profitable services, that appropriately utilize firm
and client resources. Define the scope of projects, identify
business issues/solutions, present Associates to clients,
and negotiate professional service fees. Manage project
engagements to ensure client satisfaction.
- Professional
Networking: Represent Century Group in professional
and community organizations.
- Optimize
Utilization: Optimize Associates utilization rates,
manage project ends by communicating regularly with clients
and Associates. Promote new ideas and business solution
that result in extended service to existing clients.
- Contract
Administration: Take responsibility for executing
professional service agreements, engagement letters and
required engagement work papers.
- Planning:
Participate in overall marketing strategy meetings,
account strategy meetings, recruiting strategy meetings,
and other challenges as required.
- Professionalism:
Demonstrate commitment to the firm's vision, values,
and mission by modeling appropriate behaviors. Acts with
respect and dignity in interaction inside and outside the
firm.
Professional
Qualifications:
We are
currently seeking a Associate Director, Client Services who
possesses the following professional qualifications:
- Big
4/5/6/8 public accounting/auditing, management consulting,
or Fortune 1000 experience at the manager level or higher.
- A minimum
of ten (10) years professional experience.
- CPA
or MBA is preferred.
- Client
Development Experience: demonstrated ability
and achievement in generating leads, identifying client
opportunities/business issues and selling professional services.
- A sense
of urgency and strong enthusiasm for client development
in a professional services firm.
- The
ability to negotiate and communicate complex concepts/business
issues verbally and in writing to clients, Associates and
management.
- Ability
to prioritize multiple responsibilities/projects. Proven
ability to develop business relationships.
The Associate
Director, Client Services reports to the Managing
Director.

Associate
Director, Recruiting
The Associate
Director, Recruiting is responsible for sourcing,
pre-screening, interviewing and evaluating qualified accounting
and finance professionals. Additionally, he/she will develop
and maintain a diversified team of Associates available for
scheduling on open project engagements. The Associate
Director, Recruiting will also assist the management
team in achieving the goals set by the Managing Director.
Professional
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting
Strategy: Develop a recruiting strategy that will
maintain a pipeline of Associates for project engagements.
Build a team of available Associates based on current market
conditions, existing Associate team strength and size, as
well as current and projected project engagements.
- Recruiting:
Develop and maintain a qualified pool of Associates
based on current market conditions, existing team strength
and size, as well as current and projected project engagements.
Develop Internet postings, searches, print advertisements,
networking/referrals, and special recruitment mailings.
- Candidate
Interviews and Evaluations: Conduct in-depth candidate
interviews and provide evaluations of skills, competencies,
and experience.
- Project
Management and Scheduling: Manage Associate team
via ongoing communication with Associates. Optimize Associate
utilization rates. Ensure Associate satisfaction. Schedule
Associates for upcoming projects.
- Weekly
Reporting: Provide weekly reporting on recruiting
operations, Associate team composition, new Associates,
availability, scheduling, etc. Participate in weekly team
meetings. Participate in client development discussions
and develop recruiting strategies based on current client
project requirements.
- Professional
Networking: Represent Century Group in professional
and community organizations.
- Professionalism:
Demonstrate commitment to the firm’s vision,
values and mission by modeling appropriate behaviors and
acts with respect. Dignity in interactions inside and outside

Qualifications:
- We
are currently seeking a Associate Director, Recruiting who
possesses the following qualifications:
- Minimum
of 10 years of accounting/finance experience is required;
preferably with a Big 4/5/6/8 CPA firm, management consulting
firm and/or private industry experience with a Fortune 1000
company.
- Undergraduate
degree in accounting or finance is preferred.
- CPA
or MBA is preferred.
- Strong
in-person and telephone communication is required.
- Strong
professional recruiting network in the area is required.

Managing
Director
The Managing
Director is responsible for business development, managing
the office, and establishing and achieving sales and profit
goals. This dynamic and entrepreneurial individual will lead
our practice in a specific geographic region.
Professional

- Practice
Management: Manage daily operations. Continuously
refine and execute our growth strategy. Mentor and develop
team. Direct team efforts and activities. Resolve client
and Associate issues. Facilitate the continued growth of
the practice through continuous hiring and managing of client
service and recruiting Directors.
- Client
Development: Continually develop new client business
by pursuing business opportunities with strategic targets
and cultivating relationships with existing clients. Promoting
new ideas and business solutions that result in extended
services to existing clients.
- Client
Service: Deliver timely, high impact and profitable
services that appropriately utilize firm and client resources
and meets or exceeds client service.
- Recruiting:
Attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
- Professionalism:
Demonstrate commitment to the firm’s vision,
values and mission by modeling appropriate behaviors. Acts

the firm.
Professional
Qualifications:
- Big
4/5/6/8 public accounting, management consulting or Fortune
1000 experience at a managerial level or higher combined
with
- Senior
level executive experience in Accounting, Finance, or Internal
Audit.
- A minimum
fifteen (15) years of total business experience.
- An
established professional network in the appropriate geographic
area.
- MBA
or CPA is preferred.
- Experience
selling professional services, networking, and generating
leads.
- Strong
desire to build a business and a personal sense of urgency.
