Financial Project Consulting Searches:
Internal Audit Consultant:
CPA, CIA with strong internal audit experience to assist client with audit program preparation, risk assessment, and evaluation of internal controls using integrated audit approach. Manufacturing/Distribution industry preferred. BIG 4 consulting experience desired.

IT Audit Consultant:
CISA / CIA with strong IT audit experience to assist client with security controls, IT audit, GCC, SOX testing and compliance. Healthcare industry experience helpful.   Big 4 Consulting experience desired.

Treasury Consultant:
CTP to act as interim Treasurer, and assist client with covenant compliance for new debt, cash management, foreign currency hedging, capital structure analysis, daily cash positioning, Insurance Renewals, and Cash flow forecasting. International Treasury Experience required, CTP desired.

Financial Reporting Consultant:
Lead projects such as: SEC Reporting Requirements: Forms 10-K, 10-Q, S-1, S-3, S-4; FASB Pronouncement analysis and implementation; Post merger integration; Reporting package development; Financial and operational audit coordination and execution; Consolidated financial statement preparation; possibly assist with redesign of monthly close process. CPA required, Health Care industry experience desired, BIG 4 Consulting experience preferred.

Interim Controller:
Strategic thinker needed for 6 month LOA, oversee accounting department, perform month end/year end close, prepare full GAAP compliant financial statements, SEC reporting, and preparing audit work papers. Entertainment industry a plus, CPA required, BIG 4 consulting experience desired.

International Tax Consultant:
Strong International Tax Professional/CPA to assist VP of Tax with all aspects of international tax compliance including compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, FIN 48, planning for repatriation of cash, assist with transfer pricing studies, foreign currency, and help refine VAT strategy and address VAT implications for certain transactions. CPA required, and BIG 4 consultant experience preferred.

Business Intelligence Analyst:
Project lead with strong experience business process re-engineering and systems selection / implementation.  Assist client with selection and implementation of new financial planning system. Write RFP, requirements definition, Interview department heads, develop requirements definition, and write RFP.  Research, conduct vendor meetings, deliver solution selection recommendation. Requirements: Prior system selection experience, strong consulting experience with Big 4, MBA, Best Practices, and strong writing and presentation skills.
