RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Lead and coordinated SEC reporting efforts, including 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, S-8, S-3 POS AM, Proxy support Compile documentation to support all SEC filings, coordination with external auditors. Perform and document SEC and accounting research Participate in Sarbanes-Oxley process, primarily responsible for performance and documentation of internal controls over external financial reporting. Primarily responsible for accounting and reporting of stock options. Research and resolve option accounting issues, including implementation of SFAS 123R. Develope extensive spreadsheet templates that increased reporting accuracy and significantly reduced time required to compile SEC documents. Participate in five year financial restatement, coordinated filing of 10-K and 10-Q documents.
