position, you are able to utilize your contacts and
knowledge in the recruiting field in a role where you have
the benefit of helping hiring managers staff key positions
and helping individuals find new opportunities.
Overview
of the role:
You will work
side by side with one of Century Groups top producers to
train on how to run a successful desk in Executive Search.
You will learn how to recruit accounting and
finance professionals for specific positions through
networking, direct sourcing calls, and internet research.
Other duties include:

Conduct
interviews with accounting and finance professionals
to determine skill sets and career goals.

Work
closely with your candidates to provide career
guidance & match with appropriate job
opportunities at client companies.

Obtain
new clients through direct marketing/sales efforts –
cold-calling, email marketing, networking &
referrals.

Work
closely with hiring managers at client companies to
assess job opening(s), represent appropriate
candidates, and manage the interview/offer
process.

Manage
the interview process between your candidate and
client, including relaying feedback between parties
& salary negotiations.
- Handle
all appropriate follow up with your candidates and
clients to build meaningful and productive
relationships.
Requirements:
At least 1
year of experience in an accounting/finance discipline OR
1 year of sales experience.

Proven
track record of success.

B.S. in
accounting, finance, marketing, or related.

Excellent
verbal and written communication skills.

Ability
to interact with individuals at all levels.

Strong
organizational and time management skills.

Desire to
be compensated based on performance/results.
