Meghann Pricer joined the Century Group team in 2006,
responsible for overseeing the internal hiring for
the firm. Since then, she has moved into a Director
role and has led the recruiting for Century Group Professionals
consulting division. Meghann has recruited for numerous
engagements and has successfully hired and staffed consultants
with clients in various industries including, entertainment,
pharmaceutical, real estate, manufacturing, fashion,
construction, consumer products, and financial service
industries. In addition to the consulting practice,
Meghann still enjoys building relationships and participating
in the talent acquisition for the firm.
Meghann
started her career at a national staffing firm where
she quickly became one of the top three recruiters in
the firm. Prior to joining Century Group, she was the
top producer at an Orange County based search firm and
spent time in corporate human resources.
Meghann holds a bachelors degree from Brigham Young
University and was a scholarship athlete and team captain
of the women’s softball team.
