Matt brings over 9 years
of executive search experience to his client engagements.
Matt joined Century Group as an Associate in 2000 and
rapidly established himself, achieving promotion to
Senior within one year. Since transitioning into executive
search he has consistently been a top producer in the
field, having successfully executed numerous finance
and accounting searches in a variety of different industries
including entertainment, technology, financial services,
consumer products, and automotive. Prior to joining
Century Group, Matt began his career in corporate financial
planning and analysis for two Fortune 500 companies,
IBM and Compaq. Matt holds a Bachelor's degree in International
Studies from Pepperdine and an MBA in Finance from Thunderbird
School of Global Management.
