practices. He
is a member of the firm’s management team and
co-founder of the project consulting practice.

in Southern California, Ron’s focus is executing
client search and project engagements across a range of
functional areas including: Financial Officers,
Controllership Services, Corporate Finance, Accounting
and Reporting, and Internal Audit.

Before
Century Group
Prior to joining Century Group, Mr. Blair was part of
the founding team for the OC practice of Management
Resources, a $600m division of a Fortune 1000 company.
Previously, he was a Senior Consultant with
Peterson Consulting – now Navigant Consulting (NYSE)
– specializing in business, financial, operations and
regulatory advisory.
Ron began his career in public accounting and is
a graduate of the University of Redlands, with a
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
