Jerry F. Henderson, Area Executive Vice President, Management Liability Practice, joined Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. in conjunction with Gallagher’s acquisition of MDM Associates in March of 2001. Prior to joining MDM in 1994, Jerry spent 4 years as a Surplus Lines Broker.
Throughout his career, Jerry has worked exclusively in the Professional and Management Liability arena, specializing in D&O, E&O, EPLI and other unique financially related coverages. Jerry’s area of expertise is in dealing with policy language and program structure. He has been consulted by many of the top carriers including National Union, Chubb, St. Paul and AXIS for his assistance in drafting new policy forms and endorsements. He has directly handled the placement of financial insurance for hundreds of publicly traded companies of all sizes. Jerry leads Gallagher’s Management Liability Practice for the western region. This team has 20 professionals working in this area. Jerry lives in La Canada, California with his wife, Lisa, and his three children. Outside of work, Jerry enjoys golf, skiing and boating.

FEATURED DINNER SPEAKER
Finbarr O’Neill is President of J.D. Power, a global leader in providing metrics and valuable insights regarding customer satisfaction and quality. He is responsible for the company’s worldwide operations, including the headquarters office located in Westlake Village, California, as well as seven domestic offices and 11 international offices.
Prior to joining J.D. Power in 2008, Mr. O’Neill was vice chairman and CEO of Reynolds and Reynolds, a global provider of dealership management software and services. He also held positions as co-chairman, president and CEO of Mitsubishi Motors North America, Inc. from 2003 to 2005, and president and CEO of Hyundai Motor America from 1998 to 2003. Mr. O’Neill joined Hyundai Motor America as general counsel in February 1985.
Previously, Mr. O’Neill was employed by Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A. as senior counsel, following seven years of law practice in New York at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom, one of the nation’s largest law firms.
Mr. O’Neill formerly served as chairman of the board of the Association of International Automobile Manufacturers. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Columbia University and a juris doctorate from Fordham University Law School, where he was an editor of the Law Review.
