Asset Manager

Our client in the financial services industry is looking for a Asset Manager to join their team in Los Angeles County.

 

Job Description:

  • Produce primary and secondary market channels
  • Oversee and process the equipment
  • Produce remarketing prices
  • Help select and supervise third-party providers of inspections
  • Manage repair work estimates
  • Oversee and report the status of returned equipment
  • Manage a database of inventory
  • Help implement effective and efficient policies
  • Prepare periodic portfolio reports
  • Meet performance goals and deadlines for the remarketing of returned trucks and equipment
  • Help contribute to management meetings

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in a managerial position
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Detail, deadline and goal-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or related field and a minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience
