Finance Manager

Our client in the real estate industry is looking for a Finance Manager to join their team in the Los Angeles County.

 

Job Description:

  • Assist with coordination and execution of annual budget
  • Oversee all operational, SG&A and financial expenses
  • Produce and prepare comprehensive annual budget and financial packages
  • Manage capital investment and loan schedules
  • Monthly preparation of actual results to budget/forecast
  • Oversee that all variances are properly reflected in next forecast
  • Assist with preparation of materials and presentations to Board of Directors
  • Manage analysis and reports on an as needed basis

 

Requirements:

  • Public/Big 4 accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of financial statements
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Detail, deadline and goal-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
