Global CFO

Our client in the manufacturing distribution industry is looking for Global CFO to join their team in the Los Angeles County


Job Description:

  • Develop and implement a financial strategy supporting the corporate objectives
  • Help establish the finance organization / function
  • Develop performance measures to evaluate / analyze the efficiency and performance of the business team
  • Oversee compliance with internal and external financial reporting and control requirements
  • Assist in planning, executing or monitoring the special projects
  • Help provide financial advice and business support to sales and marketing
  • Help participate in the required due diligence for organic expansion and/or joint ventures



  • MBA is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Detail, deadline and goal-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic



  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience
