Financial Systems and Consolidations Analyst

Our client in the service company industry is looking for a Financial Systems and Consolidations Analyst to join their team in Los Angeles County.

 

Job Description:

  • Coordinate user access
  • Maintain mapping tables in Financial Data Management
  • Prepare system for month end close
  • Monitor the submission of financial and statistical data
  • Perform consolidations throughout the monthly close process
  • Perform periodic back up of data, journals, mapping tables and reports
  • Assist with user support including troubleshooting and training of new users
  • Assist with auditors, reporting teams and tax department
  • Perform ad-hoc reports

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field and a minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
