Our client in the service company industry is looking for a Financial Systems and Consolidations Analyst to join their team in Los Angeles County.
Job Description:
- Coordinate user access
- Maintain mapping tables in Financial Data Management
- Prepare system for month end close
- Monitor the submission of financial and statistical data
- Perform consolidations throughout the monthly close process
- Perform periodic back up of data, journals, mapping tables and reports
- Assist with user support including troubleshooting and training of new users
- Assist with auditors, reporting teams and tax department
- Perform ad-hoc reports
Requirements:
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
- Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
- Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
- Detail-oriented

- Strong work ethic
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field and a minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
