Interim Accounting Specialist (Project)

Our client in the service company industry is looking for an Interim Accounting Specialist to join their team in the Ventura County

 

Job Description:

  • Perform data entry of matched invoices
  • Oversee all invoices for accuracy
  • Help match vendor invoices
  • Help sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Help prioritize invoices
  • Help answer and direct telephone calls
  • Help Audit and process credit card bills
  • Assist with month-end closing.
  • Manage files and documentation thoroughly and accurately

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency
  • Detail, deadline and goal-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and a minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience
