Interim Payroll Manager (Project)

Our client in the service company industry is looking for an Interim Payroll Manager to join their team in San Fernando Valley.

 

Job Description:

  • Manage the processing of bi-weekly and off-cycle payrolls
  • Produce quarterly and annual tax return preparation
  • Oversee and create all payroll procedures
  • Generate management reports using
  • Lead system upgrades and conversions, as necessary
  • Maintain compliance with corporate policies

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • UltiPro software experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or related field and a minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience
