Interim Accounts Payable Specialist (Project)

Our client in the healthcare industry is looking for an Interim Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team in the San Gabriel Valley

 

Job Description:

  • Help process invoices for payment and check the validity of the invoice
  • Help input invoices into the system
  • Help print checks
  • Perform and maintain vendors files, contracts, and other pertinent vendor documents
  • Prepare and print financial reports and check register

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented

  • Strong work ethic

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree a plus and a minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience
