Our client in the manufacturing / distribution industry is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join their team in Orange County.
Job Description:
- Assist with recruiting and employee relations
- Benefits management and maintenance
- On-boarding of new employees
- Help coach managers on hiring, supervising, reviewing, and disciplining employees
- Maintain and update employee handbook
- Maintain employment files
- Perform compensation review
Requirements:
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, preferred
- Manufacturing industry experience a plus
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
- Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
- Strong work ethic
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
