Our client in the manufacturing/distribution industry is looking for an Accountant to join their team in Orange County.


Job Description:

  • End to end accounts payable processing
  • Assist with treasury and cash flow management
  • Assist with billing and credit collection
  • Provide sound reconciliations of transactional balances in GL
  • Help process payroll
  • Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance



  • Experience in manufacturing or related industries
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic



  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
