Interim Credit Specialist (Project)

Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for an Interim Credit Specialist to join their team in Orange County

 

Job Description:

  • Prepare incoming bills/invoices
  • Prepare annual purchase orders for department vendors and supplies
  • Oversee receipt of department faxes
  • Help send electronic requests to customers for updated financial statements
  • Help file Financing Statements, Amendments, Continuations, and Terminations
  • Prepare and obtain proof of insurance, order Corporate Status Checks and Credit
  • Prepare and send requests for various documentation
  • Perform and update Customer Records
  • Oversee the organization of legal documents for warehouse storage and retrieval

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree a plus and a minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience
