Operations Analyst

Our client in the financial services industry is looking for an Operations Analyst to join their team in Los Angeles.


Job Description:

  • Assist with Fixed Income, Equity, and structured products trades
  • Help resolve and research all daily settlement issues
  • Review and process end-of-day reports
  • Help research and resolve position and cash reconciling items
  • Monitor daily data control reports
  • Review and suggest improvements to processes, policies and procedures



  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic



  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field and a minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience
