Interim Accounts Payable Specialist (Project)

Our client in the retail industry is looking for an Interim Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team in Los Angeles County.


Job Description:

  • Enter and process expenses and invoices
  • Ensure proper approvals are received
  • Track Files pulled for review
  • Create and maintain new files



  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Microsoft Dynamics AX experience a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic



  • Bachelor’s degree a plus and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
