Interim Human Resources Generalist (Project)

Our client in the consumer products industry is looking for an Interim Human Resources Generalist to join their team in the San Fernando Valley.

 

Job Description:

  • Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations
  • Update and distribute employee handbook
  • Maintain personnel records
  • Help coordinate employee benefit programs
  • Maintain and update employee PTO records
  • Process payroll and manage deductions
  • Manage workers compensation issues

 

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
