Vice President of Finance

Our client in the financial services industry is looking for a Vice President of Finance to join their team in Los Angeles.


Job Description:

  • Prepare monthly invoices and financial statements
  • Perform reconciliations
  • Manage payroll
  • Maintain fixed assets ledger
  • Prepare board meeting packages
  • Prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
  • Maintain accounting procedures and policies



  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Working knowledge of Tableu a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic



  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or related field and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
