Interim Accounts Payable Specialist (Project)

Our client in the hospitality industry is looking for an Interim Accounts Payable Specialist  to join their team in Orange County


Job Description:

  • Assist in accounting services for A/P, Income audit, and Cashier functions
  • Help post, file and perform any other administrative duties



  • Hospitality experience
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel and NETSuite skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic



  • Bachelor’s degree a plus and a minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience
