Senior Accountant

Our client in the real estate industry is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team in Los Angeles County.

 

Job Description:

  • Prepare monthly Financials
  • Make accrual adjustments
  • Prepare CAM reconciliations and budgets
  • Post cash receipts and journal entries
  • Maintain Balance Sheet schedules and reconciliations

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in the real estate or related industries
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or related field and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
