Interim Payroll Administrator (Project)

Our client in the Non-Profit industry is looking for an Interim Payroll Administrator to join their team in Los Angeles.

 

Job Description:

  • Provide reporting on deductions and benefits
  • Assist with various ad-hoc and special reports
  • Reconcile and update processed payroll
  • Maintain updated records

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Working knowledge of ADP
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
