Interim Accounts Payable Specialist (Project)

Our client in the manufacturing / distribution industry is looking for an Interim Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team in Ventura County.

 

Job Description:

  • Help match purchase orders to invoices
  • Perform reconciliations; resolve discrepancies
  • Keep track of credits
  • Respond to all vendor inquiries
  • Report sales taxes
  • Maintain vendor files and documentation
  • Assist with daily cash collections

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Experience with ERP Systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree a plus and a minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience
