Interim Accounts Payable Coordinator (Project)

Our client in the entertainment industry is looking for an Interim Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their team in Orange County.

 

Job Description:

  • Collect and review all payment requests
  • Track budget expenses and pay vendors
  • Help verify expense reports and requests for advances
  • Manage petty cash disbursements
  • Maintain accounting ledgers
  • Perform reconciliations to verify vendor accounts
  • Maintain and organizes financial files

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Experience with QuickBooks preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or related field and a minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience
