Interim Accounts Payable Clerk (Project)

Our client in the healthcare industry is looking for an Interim Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team in Orange County.

 

Job Description:

  • Assist in the month-end close cycle
  • Help research and respond to inquiries
  • Prepare journal entries
  • Perform monthly reconciliations
  • Identify and analyze discrepancies
  • Calculate monthly accruals

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Experience with Dynamics SL or similar ERP systems preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field and a minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience
