Accounts Payable Specialist

Our client in the real estate industry is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team in Orange County

 

Job Description:

  • Help process accounts payable invoices for payment
  • Help sort and distribute incoming mail
  • File invoices and expense reports
  • Perform audit and post expense reports
  • Perform research and resolve vendor issues
  • Process and print weekly check runs
  • Prepare and file weekly check copies
  • Reply to vendor inquiries regarding payment status

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and a minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience
