Accounts Payable Specialist

Our client in the real estate industry is looking for a Accountant to join their team in Orange County


Job Description:

  • Prepare and process accounts payable invoices for payment
  • Help sort/distribute incoming mail
  • Help file invoices and expense reports
  • Audit and post expense reports
  • Research and resolve vendor issues in a timely manner
  • Perform, process and print weekly check runs
  • File weekly check copies
  • Reply to vendor inquiries regarding payment status



  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience
