Accounting Manager

Our client in the real estate industry is looking for an Accounting Manager to join their team in Los Angeles County

 

Job Description:

  • Perform reconciliations
  • Maintain revenue billings and vacancy loss reports
  • Perform month end closing procedures
  • Review and maintain Job Cost accounting
  • Prepare financial statements
  • Help write policies and procedures
  • Assist with budgets

 

Requirements:

  • Commercial Accounting experience
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Working knowledge of Yardi or MRA a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or related field and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
