Payroll Manager

Our client in the healthcare industry is looking for a Payroll Manager to join their team in the San Gabriel Valley.

 

Job Description:

  • Audit and reconcile pay data and time sheets
  • Coordinate special payments and adjustments
  • Help update and coordinate pay schedules
  • Help maintain internal controls and compliance
  • Maintain an effective records management process
  • Serve as primary contact for audits

 

Requirements:

  • CPP Certification preferred
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong knowledge of Payroll/HR/Accounting systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
