Interim Finance Manager (Project)

Our client in the healthcare industry is looking for an Interim Finance Manager to join their team in Orange County.

 

Job Description:

  • Help create, track and manage the yearly budget
  • Assist with month-end accrual and allocation entries
  • Analyze financial performance
  • Provide recommendations and insights for improvement
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis
  • Perform financial analysis

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field and a minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience
