AP Manager

Our client in the service company industry is looking for an AP Manager to join their team in the San Fernando Valley.

 

Job Description:

  • Help plan and implement AP projects
  • Liaison between AP and IT
  • Manage the year end 1099 Reporting Process
  • Manage B Notice compliance
  • Manage the California EDD reporting process
  • Implement controls to ensure compliance
  • Assist with fraud prevention and internal controls processes
  • Assist with audits

 

Requirements:

  • Effective leadership and management skills
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong knowledge of ERP Systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
