Interim Human Resources Information System Analyst (Project)

Our client in the retail industry is looking for an Interim Human Resources Information System Analyst to join their team in Orange County

 

Job Description:

  • Assist with data integrity, system change testing, report writing and analyzing data flows
  • Oversee adherence to project schedules
  • Maintain interfaces with 3rd party vendors
  • Manage custom reports for internal requests
  • Assist in the development of complex reports
  • Collaborate with other internal functional teams
  • Reviews release notes
  • Recommend and research system and process enhancements
  • Manage the patches and improvements
  • Assist with user acceptance testing
  • Examine trends in system training, materials and technologies
  • Perform quality checks of HR, payroll, and benefits related data

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills and ADP
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
