Interim Bookkeeper Assistant (Project)

Our client in the public accounting industry is looking for an Interim Bookkeeper Assistant to join their team in Los Angeles County

 

Job Description:

  • Assist a small team
  • Prepare bank deposits and bank reconciliations
  • Manage client email correspondence
  • Obtain tax information
  • Prepare client invoices and billing
  • Download transaction and bank statements
  • Perform administrative tasks

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel and QuickBooks skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail, deadline and goal-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree a plus and a minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience
