Interim Accounts Payable Specialist (Project)

Our client in the real estate industry is looking for an Interim Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team in Orange County.

 

Job Description:

  • Review all invoices prior to payment
  • Process 2 way P.O. matching
  • Process check requests
  • Respond to all vendor inquiries
  • Reconcile vendor statements
  • Assist with month end close

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Oracle experience a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or related field and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
