Accounting Manager

Our client in the technology industry is looking for an Accounting Manager to join their team in Los Angeles County

 

Job Description:

  • Manage monthly/quarterly accounting close
  • Prepare accounting packages
  • Prepare financials
  • Review and suggest improvements to processes, policies and procedures
  • Assist with quarterly reviews
  • Assist with audits
  • Create and implement effective internal controls
  • Manage various statutory requirements

 

Requirements:

  • ERP systems knowledge
  • Start-up experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or related field and a minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience
