Interim Billing Specialist (Project)

Our client in the nonprofit industry is looking for an Interim Billing Specialist to join their team in Los Angeles County

 

Job Description:

  • Prepare and review contracts
  • Prepare, document, and disseminate invoices
  • Help scan invoices and collections documents
  • Perform research and reconcile account discrepancies
  • Help document and maintain all levels of transaction and collection activity
  • Help resolve billing and reporting issues

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel and Oracle skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
