Interim Accountant (Project)

Our client in the non profit industry is looking for an Interim Accountant to join their team in San Fernando Valley.

 

Job Description:

  • Prepare invoices
  • Assist with answering questions and resolving billing issues
  • Prepare/assist with program budget preparation
  • Help reconcile G/L account and bank account statements
  • Help with A/R and cash receipts processing

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in the non profit or related industries
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills and Financial Edge
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
