Risk & Compliance Analyst

Our client in the financial services industry is looking for a Risk & Compliance Analyst to join their team in Orange County.

 

Job Description:

  • Perform risk assessments
  • Create documentation of compliance processes, risks, and controls
  • Test the operating effectiveness of key controls
  • Identify risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Assist with other special projects as needed

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or related field and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
