Financial Reporting Manager

Our client in the construction/engineering industry is looking for a Financial Reporting Manager to join their team in the Denver area.

 

Job Description:

  • Prepare and file all SEC financial reports
  • Prepare financial statements and footnote disclosures
  • Ensure department goals and timelines are met
  • Support execution of complex transactions as assigned
  • Assist with audits
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • MS / MBA preferred
  • CPA license
  • APA, CIA, CFE a plus
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and a minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience
