Accounts Payable Manager

Our client in the manufacturing/distribution industry is looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to join their team in Los Angeles County.

 

Job Description:

  • Assist with invoice and check processing
  • Manage expense report and reimbursements
  • Manage month-end close
  • Assist with Sales tax compliance and 1099 processing
  • Initiate performance improvement plans where necessary

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or related field and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
