Interim Gift Administrator Supervisor (Project)

Our client in the healthcare industry is looking for an Interim Gift Administrator Supervisor to join their team in the San Gabriel Valley.

 

Job Description:

  • Distribute the batches within the Gift Administration fundraising queue
  • Review and suggest improvements to processes, policies and procedures
  • Maintain a positive customer service image
  • Help ensure accuracy of donations
  • Identify, investigate, and reconcile discrepancies

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field and a minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience
