Finance Manager

Our client in the technology industry is looking for a Finance Manager to join their team in Los Angeles County.

 

Job Description:

  • Prepare budgets and forecasts
  • Report actuals versus forecasts
  • Consolidate financial accounts
  • Prepare financial reports
  • Help manage payroll
  • Review expense allocations and reconciliations
  • Manage receipt bank
  • Prepare invoices for approval and payment
  • Manage the corporate card program
  • Assist with audits
  • Manage audit processes
  • Ensure business licenses are current
  • Assist with benefit administration

 

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or related field and a minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience
