Our client in the investment industry is looking for a Sales Analyst to join their team in Los Angeles County.
Job Description:
- Prepare monthly compensable sales research, validation, and reporting
- Perform and review new and existing platforms and processes for trade matching quality improvements
- Perform research on new business wins and validate funding across multiple record keeping platforms
- Develop communication materials supporting compensate sales tracking
Requirements:
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills and Tableau
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
- Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
- Able to adapt to changing priorities
- Detail-oriented
- Strong work ethic
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, statistics, math, finance, economics, engineering or related field and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
