Interim Credit Collections Coordinator (Project)

Our client in the manufacturing/distribution industry is looking for an Interim Credit Collections Coordinator to join their team in Los Angeles County.


Job Description:

  • Help resolve aged balances
  • Review the customer credit analysis
  • Work directly with third party agencies on delinquent account balances
  • Review and suggest improvements to processes, policies and procedures
  • Perform account reconciliations



  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines
  • Strong work ethic



  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
