Interim Accounts Payable Lead (Project)

Our client in the service company industry is looking for an Interim Accounts Payable Lead to join their team in the San Fernando Valley.

 

Job Description:

  • Manage and supervise the AP Department
  • Manage credit card reporting
  • Perform reconciliations
  • Assist with credit card submissions and other payables
  • Manage and match vendor invoices
  • Assist with monthly management reporting
  • Assist with W9 records 1099 reporting
  • Review and submit semi-monthly deposit reports

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
