Interim Finance Manager (Project)

Our client in the consumer products industry is looking for an Interim Finance Manager to join their team in Los Angeles County.

 

Job Description:

  • Prepare analysis of fixed spending
  • Document actual vs. budget
  • Help identify and explain variances
  • Performs ad hoc product P&L cost analysis
  • Help develop budgets
  • Help develop and implement internal controls
  • Develop and document standard procedures
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic
  • A team player

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
